Recorded on the first edition of the Runes & Men Festival, Treue Um Treue is a portrait on analog of the power and magic of that concert and night. Alongside samples, field recordings, declamations that go from the melancholic to the militant (with the use of a megaphone, which gives it an irresistible charm!), Thomas Bojden and his Misanthropical Tabernacle Choir (consisting of Kim Larsen, John Murphy and Gary Carey!) bring back the golden years of the genre, in 30 minutes that, while not giving any new tracks from the previous Okzidentalisches Grammophon, brings back the best that's done in martial industrial, showing a clear live evolution. Out by the great Fronte Nordico, on a special edition limited to 50 copies, with lots of extras that make a collectors heart pulsate, and in another one limited to 150 without extras. |
